G+H 40/100 VarioAccess cleanroom ceiling, non-load bearing. For cleanrooms in the pharmaceutical industry and in medical technology. Particularly suitable for cleanroom areas where the installation density is high.Surface-flush design, with smooth, crack-free surfaces and no protruding edges. There is a free choice of grid sizes for this ceiling system. This G+H cleanroom system was developed specifically for use in the pharmaceutical industry and in the field of medical technology. It is also eminently suitable for cleanrooms that are subject to an equally high standard of requirements. It complies with the regulations for current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), the EC guidelines for “good manufacturing practice” and Germany’s VDI guideline 2083. The load-bearing grid consists of an extruded aluminium profile, 40 or 100 mm wide and 70 mm high, designed as a continuous longitudinal bandraster. Transverse grids are firmly screwed to the longitudinal bandrasters at the selected centreline spacings. The load-bearing grids are suspended from the soffit at a defined distance from each other by means of special hanger elements made of aluminium and galvanized M8 threaded rods. Sealing against the panels is by means of FDA-compliant silicone tubing, which is laterally fixed within the sides of the section. Sealing the joints with silicone is no longer necessary. The panels are held in a surface-flush position by spring-loaded clips and are removable. Example of grid dimensions: Dimensions between centre lines: 1330 x 665 mm. Clear opening dimensions: 1290 x 665 mm. Free choice of grid dimensions to meet customer requirements. Panels made of electro-galvanized sheet steel, 0.75 mm thick. Optionally available in aluminium, 1 mm thick. Also available in high-grade steel for special applications.
