Max. suspension width 2.40 m x 2.40 m available.This cleanroom ceiling complies with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Germany’s VDI guideline 2083, the FDA’s regulations and the EC guidelines for “good manufacturing practice”. The load-bearing grid consists of an extruded aluminium profile, 100 mm wide, 70 mm high, designed as a continuous longitudinal bandraster. Transverse grids are firmly screwed to the longitudinal bandrasters at the selected centreline spacings. The load-bearing grids are suspended from the soffit at a defined distance from each other by means of special hanger elements made of aluminium and galvanized M12 threaded rods. Sealing against the panels is by means of-FDA-compliant silicone tubing, which is laterally fixed within the sides of the section. Sealing the joints with silicone is no longer necessary. The panels are held in a surface-flush position by spring-loaded clips and are removable. They can be mounted and removed from below or above.
Load-bearing capacity: approx 150 kg or 100 kg/qm per square metre (depending on profil type and suspension width) Example of grid dimensions:
