G+H WS 6 B/P metal partition wall system in monoblock-bandraster design for cleanrooms
- 60 mm thick.Up till now, this type of cleanroom wall has mainly been used in the semiconductor industry. The design of the elements in this proven cleanroom wall is identical to that of the WS 8 B/P wall. The only difference is the wall thickness, which is 60 mm.The plain-element area uses elements that consist of two sheet metal shells with folded edges plus an insulation inlay in between. Special, laterally attached drawn sections act as spacers and enable the position of the shells to be adjusted. In the case of the glass and door elements, the connection between the sheet metal shells, the glass frame, door frames and other built-in components is made using the same section. Transverse chamfering of the shells stabilises the connection edges against the floor and ceiling joints as well as against other built-in components. A mineral-wool board inlay ensures sound absorption and de-booming. Technical data:
