A manufacturer-prefabricated, repositionable metal partition wall system with flat surfaces and no edges where dust can collect.

This partition wall system consists of a two-part base that is adjustable in height, an overlapping aluminium U channel that serves as the ceiling connection and prefabricated monoblock wall panels.

The plain-element area uses elements that consist of two sheet metal shells with folded edges plus an insulation inlay in between. Special, laterally attached drawn sections act as spacers and enable the position of the shells to be adjusted.

This type of wall can be equipped with double-glazed, flush-mounted panels and single or double sliding or revolving doors (automatic or manual). A wide range of special features such as material pass-throughs, integrated exhaust vents, media panels etc. is also available.

The wall system complies with World Health Organisation cGMP guidelines as well as with the VDI 2063 guideline and DIN standard EN ISO 14644.
