G+H Reinraumtechnik's WS 8 AS/P cleanroom wall – centreline grid wall in a shell design. A repositionable partition wall system that uses a skeleton of steel with wall shells attached.Surface finish in steel, coil coating or painted piece by piece. Also available in high-grade steel or high-quality particle board with HPL or melamine-resin coating.The substructure of this G+H cleanroom wall system consists of partition-wall posts made of torsion-resistant, hot-dip galvanized, 44 mm-thick steel profiles that are fastened to the ceiling and floor profiles. The sheet metal wall shells, which are 12.5 mm thick and folded over twice on all sides, are easily hung on the partition-wall posts using a hole grid. Wall shells made of 16 mm thick high-quality particle board are suspended in a similar manner.
G+H Reinraumtechnik also supplies a large variety of fixtures for this partition-wall system, such as material pass-throughs, units for integrated exhaust vents, media panels, doors and locks. Technical data:
